Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of the item along with the packaging WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. We will send you a replacement and let you know if any further steps are needed. We will make every effort the replacement matches your original piece as closely as possible. The replacement will be sent within 30-40 days (due to this being made to order)
We ship and insure all items via USPS. It depends on the item and shipping destination. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will provide an estimated delivery date during checkout. On another note, we make every attempt to use recycle packaging to save on both cost and help the environment.
Each item is shipped by weight based off USPS rates, we have no control over this. Please also note the overall size of the box your pieces is being shipped in will be a little larger than your pottery. This is to ensure there is room for packing material (bubble, paper, foam, etc)
Yes, we will do our best to ensure you are getting the best rate when multiple items can be shipped in one box! Since this discount will not show when ordering, we will refund any shipping overages.
Yes! If uniformity is important to you, our work may not be right for you. Each and every piece of our potter is handmake which in turn makes each and every piece truly unique.

All our pottery is food safe unless otherwise notated.
All of our work is made with mid-fire range clay fired to roughly 2200 degrees fahrenheit. This means that all our work is microwave & dishwasher safe! Top rack is recommended when possible for the longevity of the glaze.
Some items (such as pie dishes) are oven safe as well, but we do not recommend putting other items in the oven. Pottery can accommodate shifts in temperature, but does best when shifted slowly. We recommend that you refrain from taking items from the freezer/refrigerator and placing them directly into the microwave or oven.
None of our pieces are safe for the stovetop.

Since we do not have a storefront, we refrain from in-person handoffs. This said, we may be able to make an exception based on the circumstances. Please email us through the website if you have such a request.
